CAUTION NOTICE: BEWARE OF FAKE & FRAUDULENTWEBSITES/ PERSONS OFFERING DISTRIBUTORSHIP OF HELL-ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED

This is to notify the general public that Hell-Energy Private Limited, (“Company”) has become aware that some unscrupulous persons/agencies are posing as our Client’s employees/agents and issuing fake marketing partnerships and distributorship of our Client to the general public. To achieve their goals, these Imposters have been using a misusing name, website, email and a company bank account thereby misusing our Client’s name, trademarks, logos, office address and the GSTIN.

These Imposters have been communicating with the general public through fraudulent email ids and are issuing fake marketing partnership and distributorship opportunities, forged and fabricated letters, distributorship application forms, partnership application forms, terms and conditions to enter into distributorship / partnership, confirmation/approval/NOC letters, invoices etc., in our Client’s name and demanding money.

The motive of these unscrupulous persons/agencies is to defraud marketers and distributorship aspirants of our Client and collect money from them in their bank accounts. They may be misusing the sensitive and confidential information of the marketers and distributorship aspirants for making illegal gains as well.  

Please be aware that our Client has neither appointed nor authorized any person or agency to offer marketing opportunities and distributorship to people online on such websites, or to issue any letters or act on our behalf or use the our Client’s name, trademark and logo/websites.

The general public is requested to visit the exclusive and official website of our Client which is https://www.hellenergy.com/ind/ for authentic and official information regarding marketing opportunities and distributorship, if any.

Further, it is also informed to the general public that our Client’s official email address extension is only hellenergy.com and they do not use any other extensions for their emails.

It is also brought to the attention of the general public that a suit titled Hell Energy Magyarorszag Kft. & Anr. vs NIXI & Ors. bearing CS (Comm.) No. 494 of 2024 has been filed against such imposters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.

If you come across any such fraudulent email/website, or receive distributorship related emails, or are contacted by any person claiming to be our Client to offer its distributorship, we urge you to immediately bring the same to our attention at the email address CC@HELLENERGY.COM

Please be advised that, anyone responding to such fake emails or communications (verbal, oral, and/or in any other mode) and sharing his/her personal information and entering a financial transaction with such unauthorized and unscrupulous persons/agencies, will be doing so at his/her own risk, cost, and consequences. Our Client including its group/subsidiary and associated companies, will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to anyone, either directly or indirectly, in connection with the above-mentioned scam.
